Functional tasks: development and approval of draft procurement contracts as part of documentation; preparation and approval of draft contracts concluded as a result of procurement procedures; administration of the concluded contract, in terms of making changes to it through the execution of additional contracts, registration of termination (termination) of the concluded contract; conducting claims work under the concluded contracts; methodological support for the work of the Office; accounting of receivables; correspondence of a legal nature; reporting on the status of the execution of contracts; preparation of materials and background information of a legal nature within the competence of the Office for the management of the National Bank; other duties as assigned by the head of the Office, the director of the Department within the competence of the Department; coordination of the activities of employees; development and development of the strategy of activities in the direction of contractual work.
