chief specialist of the department of analytics and preparation of commission decisions of the Department of Bankruptcy and Termination by Owner's Decision

Tasks awaiting thechief specialist:

- ensuring the organization of the work of the Commission on termination of enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Fund;

- preparation of decisions based on the results of the work of the Commission on termination of enterprises belonging to spheres of management of the Fund;

- ensuring the publication of decisions on termination of enterprises prepared by the Department on the official website of the Fund;

- keeping records of decisions on termination of enterprises prepared by the Department;

participation in the execution of the orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the management of the Fund;

- consideration of letters, complaints, appeals from citizens, people's deputies of Ukraine and preparation of draft decisions, answers in the prescribed manner on issues within his competence;

- participation in the preparation of quarterly analytical reports and annual reports on the work of the Fund, which are submitted to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- ensuring proper self-representation and protection of the interests of the Fund in courts, representation in meetings of committees/meetings of creditors on bankruptcy and termination of enterprises by decision of the owner;

- implementation of control over the completeness of ensuring the representation of territorial bodies in court hearings in cases, related to the termination by the decision of the owner, including by instructions of the Fund.

You are suitable for us if:

able to work in a team, communicative, have a high level of responsibility, stress-resistant, confident PC user, fluent in Microsoft Office. >Mandatory requirements:

citizenship of Ukraine;

degree of higher education not lower than bachelor or junior bachelor;

fluency in state language.

Terms of payment:

position salary - UAH 22,451.

a bonus for years of service, a bonus for the rank of a civil servant and a monthly or quarterly bonus in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

Conditions for selection and appointment to the position:

appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no longer than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
