Chief specialist of the department for work with citizens' appeals and requests for public information in Derzhavna sluzhba Ukrayini z bezpeki na transporti

The State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine is looking for a chief specialist in the Department of Citizen Appeals and Public Information Requests Department of External Communications to join its team. Requirements: Ukrainian citizenship, higher education at the educational and qualification level not lower than a bachelor's degree, junior bachelor's degree, fluency in the state language; confident computer user — advanced user level; experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), special databases, such as Liga Zakon, etc.; ability to work with information; orientation to achieving final results; analytical abilities, ability to concentrate on details, the ability to work in a team; the ability to accept changes and change; responsibility; attentiveness; stress resistance; perseverance; integrity. Working conditions: work in one of the state bodies of Ukraine; a team united by ideas and values; official employment, stable and transparent terms of payment; convenient location of the office (city Kyiv, str. Fizkultury, 9), comfortable working conditions; professional development and training. Responsibilities: Participation in ensuring the realization of citizens' right to access to public information, which is managed by Ukrtransbezpeka in compliance with the laws of Ukraine "On access to public information", "On information" , and "On the protection of personal data" during the performance of tasks assigned to the Department; Timely processing of requests for information, providing answers to such requests within the time limits specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information"; Carrying out systematic analysis and summarization of citizens' appeals, requests for obtaining public information for the purpose of identifying problems that require immediate resolution, informing the management about this in the established order; Provision of practical and methodical assistance to employees of structural units of Ukrtransbezpeka on issues related to work with citizen appeals and requests for public information; Provision of information materials to structural units of Ukrtransbezpeka regarding the deadlines for the execution of official correspondence; Preparation of draft responses to requests for information received for consideration to the Department, in accordance with the instructions of the deputy head of the Department — the head of the department, the head of the Department; Preparation of draft letters, orders, instructions of the head of Ukrtransbezpeka on issues that belong to the Department's competence; Participation in meetings, seminars, conferences held by Ukrtransbezpeka, the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, other state authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations; Performance of other functions assigned to the competence of the Department.
