Requirements: Citizenship of Ukraine; fluency in the state language; higher education with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor's or junior bachelor's degree, in the field of knowledge: C: Social sciences, journalism, information and international relations D: "Business, administration and law"; E: "Natural sciences, mathematics and statistics"; G: "Engineering, production and construction"; F: "Information technologies"; J: "Transport and services".

Working conditions:

• Full time employment.
• Temporary appointment in accordance with part five of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law", until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, for a period of no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.

Important: for conscripts: mandatory presence of a military registration document confirming the update of military registration data.

Duties:

• Execution of state supervision of compliance with legislation in the spheres of industrial safety and labor protection. Preparation of conclusions and recommendations based on the results of such measures, development of proposals for the State Labor Service to perform control and supervisory functions. Submitting a proposal for work plans and inspections to the State Labor Office.
• Ensuring monitoring and evaluation of the results of the activities of the territorial bodies of the State Labor Service during the performance of tasks and functions within the scope of the granted powers to supervise compliance with legislation in the areas of industrial safety and labor protection. Generalization and analysis of the results of the work of the territorial bodies of the State Labor Service on issues that belong to the authority of the department.
• Conducting informational and explanatory work on the application of legislation in the fields of industrial safety and occupational health and safety.
• Participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of state supervision (control) of compliance with the requirements of legislation on occupational safety and methodical management of the organization of supervisory activities of employees of territorial bodies that carry out state supervision of economic entities in the spheres of industrial safety and occupational safety.
• Preparation of information and clarifications regarding the formation and implementation of state policy, including increasing the efficiency of state supervision and control, and submitting them for consideration by the head of the department.
