Qualification requirements: - complete higher education (preferably legal); - work experience in the field of at least 3 years; - impeccable business reputation , the absence of violations of the requirements of banking legislation and/or regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine while working in banks. Professional knowledge and skills: - WINDOWS operating system - ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access programs - mastery of software skills that used by the corporate secretary, or which will be put into effect according to the regulatory acts of state bodies of Ukraine. - knowledge of legislative acts, normative legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, local normative legal acts necessary for the proper performance of functions. Key tasks: Participation in ensuring the holding of General Shareholders' Meeting , the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Bank (preparation of the agenda, preparation of protocols of decisions made, keeping a register, control over the implementation of decisions made, etc.). Participation in the assessment/self-evaluation of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and its members (compilation of reports, self-assessment questionnaires, collective suitability matrices etc.).Monitoring the compliance of the Bank's Charter and its internal provisions on the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.Development and updating of the Bank's internal regulatory documents (regulations, procedures, processes, etc.) regarding corporate governance.Posting information on the Bank's website in terms of corporate governance and control over its relevance. Interaction with state authorities (correspondence, notifications, drawing up reports, etc.). Participation in solving other issues related to corporate governance in the Bank.
