Tasks awaiting thechief specialist: p>

- organizes the work of the supervisory boards of business associations and ensures work with the heads of the executive body of business associations, who are in the sphere of management of the Fund;

- takes measures to bring the statutes and internal regulations into compliance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine;

- supervises the inclusion of candidates to the composition of supervisory boards by decision of general meetings of shareholders, other executive bodies, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

- supervises the preparation of documents on the appointment and dismissal of executive heads of the bodies of economic societies that belong to the sphere of management of the Fund;

- carries out measures for the formation and organization of the activities of the bodies of economic societies;

- prepares recommendations for voting by the members of the supervisory boards of economic societies, which represent interests of the state;

- prepares draft orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the appointment of managers (in at. managers) of executive bodies and members of supervisory boards of economic companies in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2008 No. 777 "On conducting a competitive selection of managers of economic entities of the state sector of the economy";

- by order of the management of the Office , of the Fund:

- participates in negotiations with investors (residents or non-residents) regarding the creation of joint ventures or business partnerships, including enterprises with foreign investments, regarding the acquisition by the state of blocks of shares (shares) from other owners and regarding the attraction of non-state investments in the objects of the state sector of the economy, in particular through the implementation of investment projects on the basis of joint (investment) activities, both on the territory of Ukraine and abroad;

- participates in the development of projects of international contracts on issues of state property and its use, as well as the conclusion of international agreements of Ukraine on issues of interstate property relations;

- participates in the preparation of proposals and elaboration of draft theses and directives for negotiations of official delegations of Ukraine on issues of interstate property relations .

Mandatory requirements:

citizensabout Ukraine;

higher education, not lower than a bachelor's degree, junior bachelor's degree (specializing in lawyer or economist);

fluency in the state language.
