Chief specialist of the Department of the body of construction and repair works* in Nacionalniy bank Ukrayini

Functional tasks:

• Organization of work on design, conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections of buildings and structures;
• Organization of work on surveying, assessment of technical condition and certification of buildings and structures of the National Bank;
• Ensuring the collection of initial data (technical conditions, conclusions, relevant decisions and permitting documents, MBU&O, etc.), necessary for design, and their transfer to project organizations;
• Preparation and coordination of the design task (restoration task - for restoration) and technical task (if necessary) for new construction, reconstruction, restoration and capital repair of buildings and buildings;
• Ensuring the examination and approval of project documentation;
• Supporting the sealing of project works, analysis of tender proposals of participants in procurement procedures and providing conclusions on their compliance with the conditions of tender documentation in the case of procurement of design, new construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital and current repairs of construction objects of buildings and structures of the National Bank;
• Conducting analysis and comparing prices on the construction market based on the criterion of optimality of price and quality, during the purchase of relevant building materials;
• Accompaniment of contracts in the part of the list, scope and quality of performed works (provided services);
• Ensuring approval of project documentation and obtaining permits for carrying out work on national and local cultural heritage sites importance;
• Obtaining permits for the start of preparatory and construction works, as well as a certificate certifying the compliance of the completed object with the project documentation and confirmation of its readiness for operation.
