Candidate requirements: higher education, understanding of the modern features of the development of card products; experience in working with a mobile application, the functioning of a virtual and tokenized card; knowledge of the features operation of a credit card; experience in implementing/working with loyalty programs (cashback, referral and bonus programs); implementation of projects to introduce card products, improve their functionality, introduce new services; knowledge of the legislation on card products; knowledge of Mastercard and Visa regulations; knowledge English language at a level no lower than intermediate. Professional abilities/key tasks: development and updating of internal regulatory documents (including changes in legislation, introduction of new products/services/processes) regarding the operation of card products; writing technical specifications for the introduction of new/improvement of existing ones processes and participation in testing; regulation of tariffs and limits of card products; interaction with MPS/UPC, partners, conclusion of contracts (drafting/agreement/signing); data collection and their analysis to evaluate the implementation of new projects/products/services/services and further their approval and implementation (including in MPS); conducting advertising promotions/programs aimed at increasing the emission of payment cards, participation in the development of advertising products for card products; development of a financial model for the product line of cards, participation in the budgeting process in the direction of card products; participation in the construction and development of functioning processes/services card products in the mobile application.
