We invite you to take part in the competition for the vacant position chief specialist of the accounting sector of cash and non-current assets.

Main tasks:

• real estate tax accounting (including residential and non-residential real estate objects, namely:
•       -  calculation of tax on the management apparatus, verification of the correctness and control of the calculation of real estate tax to branches, consolidation of data as a whole for the Company. monitoring of the list of territorial communities. which are located in the territories of active hostilities or temporarily occupied territories;  
•         - formation of tax declarations in general for the Company and their timely submission to the territorial authorities of the state tax service in terms of territorial communities; collection, consolidation of data and submission of clarifying declarations if necessary during the calendar year ;
•          - real estate tax accounting in the SAP system, preparation of data for the formation of tax payment, checking of the tax payer's card in the electronic cabinet, control of timely payment and the balance of tax overpayments
• accounting of centralized contracts of service functions for the main activity of the Company, commission contracts, namely:
•           - verification correctness of registration and display of primary documents caccounting, organization of preservation of primary documents; 
•           - accounting of settlements with suppliers and buyers (representation of debts, reconciliation with counterparties), control of distribution of the cost of services provided between branches, timely payments, correctness of incoming tax invoices primary documents - analysis of centralized contract projects, provision of proposals ">Basic requirements:
  • higher economic education;
  • work experience as an accountant in accounting for payments with suppliers for at least 2 years, in accounting for real estate taxes for at least 1 year
  • confident user of PC and application software
  • ability to work in Excel - large volumes

  Expectations from candidates:

  • knowledge of accounting;
  • knowledge of tax legislation, in terms of real estate tax accounting
  • knowledge of land tax declaration will be an advantage;
  • skills for working in the Medoc program/the taxpayer's electronic office
  • skills in SAP and 1C will be considered as an advantage

  Working conditions:

  • official employment and social guarantees;
  • work schedule: Mon-Fri from 08:00 - 17:15;
  • short working day on Friday;
  • health insurance .
