Qualification requirements:

• Higher education by educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor. Work experience is not required.
• Fluency in the state language

Requirements:

• Knowledge: Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and other legislation.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field: Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated January 24, 2012 No. 44 "On Approval of the Procedure for Compilation of Budget Reporting by Administrators and Recipients of Budget Funds, Reporting by Mandatory State Social and Pension Insurance Funds", registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 9, 2012 under No. 196/20509.< /li>

Duties:

1. Ensuring the preparation and submission of budgetary, financial reporting for the institution to the State Treasury Service, Department of Finance
2. Ensuring the preparation and submission of budgetary, financial and statistical reporting for the institution to the Department of Communal Property in the "M.E.Dos" program, "SOTA" and the "Local Balance" program module
3. Ensuring the preparation and submission of financial and tax reporting for the institution on the basis of accounting data in the manner established by law to the State Fiscal services in the program "M.E.Dos", "SOTA"
4. Formation of reporting in the program complex "Unified Information System" (UEIS DKV)
5. Ensuring the preparation and submission of consolidated budget, financial and statistical reporting to the Department of Communal Property
