Duties:

Participation in the investigation of industrial accidents and occupational diseases. Monitoring the implementation of measures to eliminate the causes of accidents at work and occupational diseases proposed by commissions of investigation. Creation of accident investigation cards in the "KPR" subsystem of IKIS PFU. Keeping records of insurance cases. Compiling reports on one's activities.

Conducting inspections of preventive work and labor protection at enterprises. Ensuring, as part of the relevant commissions, participation in the examination of occupational health and safety knowledge of officials and other employees of enterprises. Provision of advisory, methodical and informational assistance to policyholders, assistance in their creation and implementation of an effective occupational health and safety management system. Study and dissemination of positive experience of creating safe and harmless working conditions. 

Providing assistance in the development of occupational health and safety acts operating within the enterprise. 

Development for policyholders of monuments and other informational materials regarding the organization of prevention of accidents and occupational diseases. Distribution among employers of regulations on labor protection and social insurance against accidents on electronic and paper media. Promotion of safe and harmless working conditions, including through the mass media.

Consideration of appeals, statements, complaints and proposals of policyholders and insured persons on issues within the competence of the department and activities of the Main Department.
