Key tasks:

• Organization of construction, reconstruction works and

repair of real estate objects;

- Preparation of technical tasks and other documentation for the design of new and reconstruction of existing objects;

- Compilation of defect reports and collection of necessary information for the development of an estimate and organization of construction works;

- Monitoring of contracts for the execution of design and construction works;

- General control over the fulfillment of the terms of contracts for the execution of construction works works.;

-   Acceptance of completed construction works.

This position requires:

Construction education and/or work experience of at least one year according to functional duties.
