Chief specialist of the logistics department in Chervoniy Hrest Hmelnickoyi OO TChHU

To coordinate the activities of the Norwegian Red Cross (NorRC) project in close cooperation with Khmelnytskyi OO TCHHU, NorRC is currently looking for an experienced chief specialist of the logistics department in the city of Khmelnytskyi. Requirements for the candidate for the position: Fluency in the Ukrainian language, English - at an intermediate level and above is an advantage Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail); Experience in logistics or procurement for at least 2 years; Ability to make decisions even under constant stress and take full personal responsibility for their results; Ability process large amounts of information and competently maintain current documentation; Analytical mindset and high efficiency; Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation. Main duties: Preparation of requests for the purchase of goods/works/services; Consulting employees of regional organizations on procurement issues; Implementation and support of standardization of logistics and procurement procedures; Coordination of transport work; Support in planning vehicles and fleet based on organizational needs; Direct control of car parks; Support and registration of purchased and transferred cars; timely insurance of vehicles; Entering data on motor vehicles received from the regions into a single database; Communication with employees of the warehouses of OO TCHHU and the logistics complex. Preparation of requests for the organization of freight transportation services; according to the field of activity; Support and support in obtaining product accompanying documentation; Participation in the formation of the technical task, qualification criteria for suppliers and manufacturers and the main terms of the contract; Execution of other tasks from the Head of OO TCHHU, related to the fields of activity. Monthly report to the management on the results of the tasks.
