Mandatory requirements:

• higher education degree at least bachelor's degree in one of the specialties: "Software engineering", "Computer science", "Computer engineering", "Cyber protection and cyber security", "Information systems and technologies"
• fluency in the state language;

Tasks awaiting thechief specialist:

• implementing the administration of information and communication system resources, software and software complexes, network services, servers, network and computer park, databases, data processing centers, automated services systems, Internet node, web portal, anti-virus and network protection of information and security tools;
• ensuring the operation of electronic means of communication, devices of other electronic means of communication;
• implementation of technological operations for automatic accrual (recalculation) of pension, social and insurance payments;
• conduct of regulatory procedures, updating, archiving, storage, installation of software, implementation of software component prevention procedures support, functional processes related to data migration;
• ensuring the operation of the local network and the computer park of the Main Department, uninterrupted operation of the information and communication system of the Fund in the Main Department;
• cooperation with the responsible persons who ensure cyber protection at individual ITS nodes of the PFU at the regional and district level in relation to informing about the state of information security;
• keeping records of computer equipment, computer programs, objects of intellectual property rights, licenses for the use of computer programs;
• ensuring identified access of users to electronic registers, databases and subsystems of the information and telecommunications system by personal login and password with the aim of ensuring its integrity, preservation and efficiency of use.
