Job description

Requirements:

Education: higher

fluency in the national language and knowledge of English (technical) ;

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• 1 year of experience in a position related to development and implementation
• basic knowledge of relational databases
• experience in collecting and analyzing requirements, as well as writing business requirements and business processes, documentation
• understanding of the basics of business analysis and software development process (methodologies, SDLC, etc.)
• knowledge of notations / modeling languages ​​(eg BPMN, UML)
• analytical thinking and the ability to systematize information
• working with documents and large volumes of data
• competent drafting of technical requirements, tasks, work with project documentation
• experience of managing cross-functional teams of various business departments, with the participation of the IT department (development teams)
• knowledge of legislation (Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", Law of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency of Buildings", Law of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency");

Conditions: as when entering the civil service, submitting a declaration of a civil servant, a package of documents (including a military ID card for men and conscript women is mandatory) copies: passport, identification code , diplomas with attachments and other documents

Salary from UAH 23,000 to UAH 32,000 (depends on specialization and knowledge and skills)
