Chief specialist of card products and collection management in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Implementation of marketing activity (communications, promotions, events, company PR, product pages)
• Analytical collection of information and data analysis for projects / products / services (NPS, surveys, targeting, customer research)
• Providing proposals for improving processes \ product management
• Participating in the development of services and products to business clients

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of work experience in a bank
• Development and implementation of marketing activity (communications, promotions, events, activity PR, product pages)
• Ability to collect (set tasks to collect information) and analyze data on projects/products
• Ability to form a technical task
• Ability to create and maintain a project/product
• Understanding NPS metrics and the ability to use them to fill the product, services, communications
• Ability to explain the complex function of the product through the language of money, saving time or minimizing risks for the client
