Chief specialist in the organization of construction works in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Identification of malfunctions that interfere with the normal operation of buildings and objects.
• Compilation of a dimensional plan of the premises
• Compilation of defect reports
• Formation of stages and repair work schedules, control over construction calendar schedules
• Technical supervision and inspections at facilities

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (technical or construction)
• +2 years of work experience in construction
• Knowledge of requirements of DBN, DSTU, SNiP for all types of construction assembly works
• Experience in opening shops, pharmacies, bank branches, operation of office premises
• Ability to make decisions independently
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language (including business )
