Chief specialist in the development and support of the iCase system in Nacionalne antikorupciyne byuro Ukrayini

Content of the work performed by the position:

• Administration of the information and communication system of the pre-trial investigation "iCase";
• Administration of System users;

• li>

• Making changes to System configurations, parameters, settings; diagnostics and elimination of problems/failures in its operation;

• Installation, configuration and testing of System updates;

• Technical support of System users in person, on the phone and in online chats;

• Consulting IT users of the National Bureau on issues of using the System;

• Providing proposals regarding the improvement and improvement of the System's operation;

• Control of the relevance of the System configurations in terms of the validity period of licenses, keys and certificates;

• Preparation reports on the current state and performance of the System. Search and localization of the causes of system failures based on the received data;

• Backup and control of the availability and relevance of copies of virtual machines and instances of the System database;

• Creating instructions/presentations and training materials about the System’s work;

Professional knowledge (according to the position, taking into account the requirements of special laws):

• Skills for deploying and configuring microservice architecture tools (Nginx, Ingress, Docker, Kubernetes, Consul/Vault);

• Skills for working with monitoring tools (ELK);

• Experience with RabbitMQ queues;

• Familiarity with Angular / jQuery;
• Experience in debugging web applications using browser tools;
• Knowledge of the Java ecosystem as a whole and 1) programming skills (will be an advantage) 2) knowledge of Spring technology Framework 3) experience in integrating Java applications with third-party software (for example, exporting generated documents to pdf using third-party libraries).
• Stable knowledge and administration skills of Windows operating systems;

• Linux operating system administration skills;
• Ability to diagnose errors in information systems, hardware, software, network malfunctions;

• Knowledge of the basics of information security, the operation of antivirus systems;
• Understanding the principles of cryptographic protection of information (the skills of working with PKI will be an advantage);

• Basic knowledge of server and network technologies;
• Basic knowledge and skills in the field of DBMS (experience with Postgres will be an advantage);

• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies.
