Chief specialist in tender procedures in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest private gas production company engaged in exploration and production of natural gas and gas condensate. 

We are looking for a Chief specialist in tender procedures

FUNCTIONSONAL POSITIONS :

1. Organization of tender procedures:

• Formation of tender documentation (instructions for participants)
• Publication of tender trading on the SAP trading platform; Smarttender;
• Working with requests from participants, consulting;
• Formation of a summary table of participants;
• Analysis, assessment of proposals within the scope of authority;
• Preparation of proposals for the selection of the winner.

2.    Keeping the minutes of the Purchasing Commission:

• Formation of the agenda; 
• Working with members of the Central Committee, recording votes, special opinions, reflecting in the Protocol;
• Conducting face-to-face meetings of the procurement commission.

3.    Participation in the development of regulatory documents regarding procurement processes.

4.    Control over the implementation of regulations during procurement procedures.

5.    Systematic work with process participants:

• Communications with the Customer (Buyer), technical experts, lawyers, financiers who participate in the process of evaluating procedures.

6 Administration of documents on the Portal in electronic form as part of the procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (economics/law)
< li>Experience of 2 years or more
• Experience of working with trading platforms (especially Smarttender)
• Experience of working in SAP procurement (preferred)

NECESSARY SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of the process of organizing tender purchases
