Requirements: Higher education in the field of computer science, information technology, information security, telecommunications or related fields; Proven work experience as a specialist in management and access control or in a similar position of 2 years or more; The level of English language proficiency is sufficient for the job with technical documentation. Mandatory professional competencies: knowledge of the main objects of Active Directory: Usermanagement, Organizational Units, SecurityGroups, Containers; experience in organizing the access management process and procedures according to access granting models, in particular RBAC (Role Base Access Control); work experience from the service desk; experience in building access matrices, matrices of authorities, roles and rights; experience in administration of access control systems for privileged users (PAM); experience and ability to work with Excel, SQL; knowledge of the principles of authentication and authorization; knowledge of the basics of cryptography and experience of working with cryptographic means of protection. experience in identifying and preventing security incidents related to the violation of access and account management policies, as well as supporting access rights review procedures; experience in writing information security policies and rules in terms of access control and application of cryptographic means of information protection; experience administration of cryptographic information protection tools of the NBU (KZI tools of the NBU); experience of SWIFT administration, in part of the role of security administrator; experience of administration of cryptographic information systems (Key Certification Center (CSC), OpenSSL, X509); experience of administration of software and/or hardware HSMs, in part the role of a security administrator; Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of information security (Laws of Ukraine "On Information", "On Telecommunications", "On Protection of Personal Data", "On Electronic Trust Services") Personal qualities: Well-developed communication skills; Organization, orientation to result, high level of initiative and responsibility; Developed analytical skills; Attention to details.
