Professional responsibility: p>
- Ensuring support for the gig contract administration process (a form of engaging specialists that combines the features of a labor and civil law contract), internal outsourcing for the Diya City resident IT company;
- Organization of the process conclusion of gig contracts, systematization and execution of work on the formation of a package of primary documents, creation, signing and maintenance of gig contracts, participation in entering data into the SAP HCM system (conducting events, maintaining personal and time data);
- Remuneration administration:
- design of the service matrix for gig specialists;
- formation of acts with details to confirm the planned monthly payment;
- formation of additional acts for separate payments that do not belong to services (business trips, social benefits, mat allowance, etc.);
- organization of signing (on time or in documentary form) acts of completed works (conversion of acts into the required format, uploading to the signing system, downloading from the system);
- maintaining a consolidated register of acts;
- Control of compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine, regulatory documentation and compliance with a uniform process methodology;
- Ensuring the completeness and correctness of data, maintenance in the system, timely closing of applications;
- Ensuring the implementation of client-oriented service, implementation of measures aimed at increasing the level of client satisfaction, including the development of new digital services.
Professional expertise and basic requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in the field of personnel administration and personnel accounting for at least 2 years (experience in large holdings, system companies or IT-companies will be considered as an advantage);
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and normative acts regulating personnel administration;
- Experience of interaction with the employment center, pension fund, social insurance fund;
- Experience in SAP (HR module) is desirable or good experience in other personnel accounting databases;
- English language - proficiency level B1;
- Excellent analytical abilities, systematicity, focus on results, autonomy and high emotional intelligence;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at a high level.
