Functional duties:

• Participation in the organization of operational risk management processes.
• Support and monitoring of key operational risk indicators.
• Analysis operational risk scenarios.
• Performing stress testing of operational risk.
• conducting self-assessment of operational risks.
• reviewing regulatory documents and providing expert opinions in terms of identified operational risks.
• Development and maintenance of up-to-date regulatory documents of the Bank regarding operational risk management.
• Consolidation and preparation of reports on the results of application of operational risk management system tools
• Conducting training and providing advice on operational risk management issues.

 Our expectations:

• Higher education.
• Work experience in the banking / financial sphere from 3 years.
• Experience in working with Microsoft services (Excel, PowerPoint).
• An advantage will be in the field of risk management.
• Experience in operational risks will be an advantage.
• Experience in internal control management will be an advantage.
