Purpose of the position: Organization of mobilization training and mobilization activities and control over their implementation in the Head Office.
Main positions responsibilities:
Organization, planning, development and ensuring the implementation of mobilization training and mobilization activities, including the transfer of the Head Office to work in the conditions of a special period, and supervises their implementation. Development of the mobilization plan of the Main Directorate, long-term and annual mobilization training programs.
Development and submission to the head of the Main Directorate of draft documents on issues of mobilization training and mobilization. Organization of informational, methodological and methodical provision of mobilization training and mobilization. Submission of proposals to the head of the Main Department regarding participation in the organization of management of the activities of the Main Department in a special period. Organization of work on determining the needs (volume) for financing mobilization training activities.
Participation in concluding agreements (contracts) on the implementation of mobilization tasks (orders) with enterprises, institutions and organizations. Taking measures for the fulfillment by enterprises, institutions and organizations of mobilization tasks (orders) in accordance with concluded agreements (contracts). Participation in solving, together with the regional state administration, the issue of the implementation of mobilization tasks (orders) by enterprises, institutions and organizations that are in communal ownership, or involved by them in the implementation of these tasks (orders), in case of loss of contact with the specified legal entities. Submission of proposals for the transfer of mobilization tasks (orders) to other enterprises, institutions and organizations in case of liquidation (reorganization) of enterprises, institutions and organizations.
Participation in the preparation of employees for military service, organization of registration at conscription stations, conscription for long-term military service and referral of employees to training and special fees.
Organization of ensuring the maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts, reservation of conscripts for the period of mobilization and during wartime and provision of reporting on reservations. Participation in the organization of military-patriotic education of employees.
Organization of assistance to the military commissariat in its work in peacetime and during mobilization. Organization of interaction with law enforcement agencies in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization.
Participation in the organization, provision and implementation of measures to introduce and maintain martial law, predicting measures in the mobilization plan.
