Chief specialist in IS methodology and risks

Functional duties:

• Participation in the development, updating, revision of information security policies ;
• Support of compliance with information security standards: ISO/IEC 27000/27001/27002, PCI DSS, PCI PIN Security, SWIFT Security;
• Organization and control of information security risk management procedures and management in crisis situations;
• Generalization and record-keeping of non-conformities and requirements, organization of profile risk assessment by units of the UIB;
• Participates in the formation of requirements for KPIs, their application and tracking;< /li>
• Preparation and approval of information security requirements when considering contracts and other documents;
• Support and submission of information during internal and external audits regarding IS issues and information risks;
• Assessment of risks and the level of criticality of information assets. Creation and control of the implementation of the risk minimization plan;
• Participation in risk assessment and approval of bank projects, organization of study and collection of conclusions and recommendations in the divisions of the UIB;
• Processing, accumulation, updating of system security forms and services;
• Managing the process of processing and accumulating Exceptions from Information Security Requirements;
• Preparing proposals for improving the level of security;
• Planning robots and reporting by activity;
• Providing assistance and explanations to bank employees according to the field of activity;
• Resolving other current and urgent tasks that are within the scope of the department's responsibility.

Requirements for candidates:

• Full higher technical education;
• work experience in the field of information technology and information security for at least one year;
• skills and knowledge of implementation and monitoring of systems and processes for monitoring compliance with information security requirements, technical characteristics and the procedure for using software and hardware means of information protection;
• knowledge of the basics of the Constitution of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine in the field of banking and information technologies and information security, international and national standards in the field of information security and PCI DSS, information security and business continuity management system; 
• understanding of the principles of banking and ensuring the minimization of operational and technological risks of the Bank from the point of view of information security, taking into account international standards regarding information security in banks;
• Availability of a military ticket or a temporary ID card (for men).
