• Higher education in the field of information technology, computer science or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the IT field, in particular in a role related to the management of IT services or the analysis of their effectiveness .
• Experience in implementing and optimizing IT processes and services;
• In-depth understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other relevant IT service management standards.
• Skills analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of IT services.
• Knowledge of modern IT technologies, tools and management methods.
• Skills for working with monitoring and reporting tools.
• Understanding the basics of cyber security.
• Analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Result orientation and ability to work under stress.

Your main tasks will be:  

• Implementation of operational and project tasks to provide high-quality and efficient business services in the field of IT. Data analysis and preparation of information for decision-making in in the field of IT. Preparation of presentations and materials for management.

• Interaction with the company's business areas for the implementation of their functional responsibilities. Creation of a matrix of accesses based on the existing ones catalog of IT services

• Analysis of current IT costs Collection and analysis of datathem regarding the use of IT services, costs and user satisfaction. Analysis of existing IT services to determine their effectiveness. Carrying out a detailed analysis of costs for IT infrastructure, software, services and personnel. Identification of inefficient costs and areas for optimization

• Implementation of optimization measures. Implementation of strategies and initiatives to reduce costs. Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented measures.

• Training and support of personnel. Improving the qualifications of personnel regarding the effective use of IT resources. Providing recommendations on optimization of work processes. Creation of instructions and rules for rational use of IT resources. Support of users in solving problems related to IT services.

• Preparation of regular reports on the state of IT expenses and the results of optimization measures. Communication with the management and other departments regarding the activities and their results.
