We are looking for a focused, multi-tasking professional with excellent communication skills and a focus on results.

Essential responsibilities:

• Participation in the development and maintenance of the relevance of the bank's credit policy, sectoral (industry) credit policies
• Support of industry reviews and consideration of analysis results in credit and sectoral policies
• Creation of expertise in the field of project finance / construction, incl. performance of individual examination of investment projects (project documentation, surveyors' reports)
• Participation in methodological projects of the bank for the development of lending to the corporate business segment (methodology of credit analysis, rating model, development of methods of new credit products)
• Participation in the development of credit products, procedures, technologies (or their changes), methods for lending of business clients

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, banking)
• 3+ years of professional experience working in the field of lending to business clients (risk management, credit analysis, project financing or methodological / product division)
• Experience in methodology, industry research, practical experience in analyzing credit projects (including investment, construction)
• Experience in writing methodological documents in the field of business lending or work with investment projects (construction)
• Availability of DipIFR certificates or CAP/CIPA (will be an advantage)
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Ability to use AI
• A confident user of Google services (sheets, documents, presentations)
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B1) level
