Meta rolei: Preparation of documents necessary for attracting and further support of financial resources from international financial organizations and non-resident banks within the framework of internal administrative documents The company and the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Processing, analysis and execution of documents in Ukrainian and English, necessary for the Company to attract financial resources, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Preparation of materials for meetings of the Company's board and supervisory board on issues within the department's competence.
• Preparation and submission of documentation for obtaining the necessary approvals and permits from state authorities related to the Company's involvement of financial resources, as well as the execution of current credit agreements.
• Maintenance of current contracts in the SAP ERP system (registration of counterparties and contracts, making payments, creating reports etc.).
• Development of a presentation in Ukrainian and English on issues within the competence of the department.
• Maintenance and reporting on the Company’s foreign bank accounts.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher degree in finance/economics/law at the educational and qualification level of a master’s or specialist.
• Experience of 3 years or more.
• Experience in energy monopolies, consulting companies, MFIs or banks.
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the financial activities of the enterprise, the activities of banking institutions, other regulatory and legal acts necessary to fulfill the duties of the position - will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the basics of economics, banking, production organization, methods of analysis and generalization information.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level is mandatory. A certificate confirming the level of English language proficiency will be an advantage.
• Skills in SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in working with contracts, incl. with non-residents.
