• Higher economic or financial education;
• C&B work experience in large companies for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine, principles of salary formation, methods of material and non-material incentives, understand modern approaches in the field of personnel management and organization of internal communications;
• Excellent working skills in MS Office (Excel, Word), PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP (preferably ).

Your main tasks will be:

• Calculation and approval of rewards when hiring / transferring employees;
• Analysis of average wages by profession and job grades;
• Calculation of daily bonuses for emergency -restorative work;
• Calculation of salary increases according to the results of the SCHEDULE and according to the agreed matrix of increases. Analysis according to the results of the increase, calculation of the actual salary fund;
• Participation in the preparation The collective agreement of the Company, making changes to it;
• Formation of employment contracts of employees, support and preparation of additional agreements;
• Development of regulations and normative acts in the direction.
