The State Statistics Service of Ukraine (State Statistics Service) invites a colleague to the position of chief specialist in civil service personnel issues of the personnel selection department (military accounting).
Main job duties:
- participation in the development of drafts of legislative and other normative legal acts, as well as in the examination of drafts of normative and legal acts of state authorities on management issues personnel and civil service, preparation of drafts of organizational and administrative acts of the State Statistics Service on matters falling under the authority of the department
- study, analysis and generalization of the practice of applying legislation on civil service issues in terms of personnel selection, development of recommendations, clarifications on these issues in the State Statistics Service apparatus, state statistics bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations belonging to the sphere of State State Statistics
- implementation within the scope of powers of entering data on the staff of the State Statistics Service in the human resources management information system in state bodies (HRMIS), maintaining established reporting and accounting documentation, preparing state statistical reports on personnel issues, including using information and communication and digital tools
- participating in monitoring compliance with the requirements of labor and civil service legislation, the state of personnel management in territorial bodies of the State Statistics Service, providing consultations, methodological and methodological assistance to staff To the State Statistics Service, its territorial bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations, on matters that belong to the authority of the department
- participation in considering appeals from citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, officials, requests and appeals of people's deputies, requests for information on matters that belong to the authority of the department
Requirements for the candidate:
- adult citizen Ukraine
- higher education not lower than a junior bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably: labor law, personnel management
- fluency in the Ukrainian language
- self-organization and independence at work, teamwork and interaction, digital literacy, attention to details
- knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Labor Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On civil service", "On prevention of corruption"
- ability to work with programs: (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- desirable: work experience in a similar position or in a position with similar functional responsibilities
Working conditions:
- civil service, fixed-term appointment (until appointment to the position of the winner of the competition or until twelve one-month period after the termination or cancellation of martial law)
- timely payment of wages (salary 18,771 hryvnias + possible bonus up to 30% of salary + bonus for years of service in the civil service + bonus for the rank of a civil servant), payment of cash assistance until annual basic leave
- working hours from Monday to Thursday from 08 to 5:00 p.m., on Fridays until 3:45 p.m.
- hybrid work schedule (combination of work from the office and remote work)
- convenient location of the office in the city center (5 minutes from the stationsmetro "Palace of Sports", "Ukrainian Heroes' Square")
- observance of all social guarantees provided for by law (regarding working hours, vacations, sick leave, etc.)
