Construction of new processes and their formalization in accordance with the Bank's requirements. LEAN analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of changes Organization of business processes and methodological support of operational service Ensuring effective communication to achieve project goals Basic requirements: Higher education ("Economics", "Finance, banking", "Management", "IT") 2+ years of experience in the banking field 2+ years of experience in the field implementation of changes 2+ years of work experience in process management and the use of the LEAN methodology.
