Main responsibilities: Analysis of the Bank's existing operational processes Conducting projects to optimize operational processes from setting a task to implementing a solution Building new processes and their formalization in accordance with the Bank's requirements Development, implementation and support of systems to improve operational processes Implementation and optimization of processes in the bank using the LEAN methodology Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of changes Organization of business processes and methodological support of operational service Ensuring effective communication to achieve project goals Basic requirements: Higher education ("Economics", "Finance, banking", "Management", "IT")2+ years of experience in the banking sphere2+ years experience in the direction of implementing changes 2+ years of work experience in process management and using the LEAN methodology.
