Chief specialist (engineer) - designer of engineering networks (TX, TM, OV, VC) in PRO-ENERGY

The team of the project department needs a qualified design engineer of industrial engineering networks in the areas of TM, TMK, OV, VC and TC (if possible). We work mainly with industrial complexes and production facilities.

The specialist in this position should perform the functions of the main specialist, who will fully conduct all project work in the above sections. In his work, the specialist must fully cover all work issues in terms of the development of design and work documentation. Be able to work autonomously, make and agree on technical decisions. 

Main areas of activity

Pro-Energy LLC operates in the following main areas:

• Production volume renewable energy facilities: biogas complexes, biomethane, liquefaction of gases and CO2.
• Energy facilities operating on renewable fuels: thermal power plants and steam and water heating boilers using wood chips, sunflower husks, straw as fuel , etc.
• Energy supply facilities for industrial and civil facilities: cogeneration plants operating on natural gas; construction and reconstruction of urban district heating networks and installation of CTP and ITP; etc.

In its work, the company closely cooperates with various foreign partners who are suppliers of technology and basic equipment from such countries as the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Denmark, etc.

Qualification requirements

• Higher technical education in the direction of industrial and civil construction, engineering networks, thermal power engineering or similar.
• Work experience in a similar position, as a design engineer for at least 3 years.
• The presence of a valid certificate of a design engineer in one of the specializations will be an advantage:
  • Operational safety and noise protection (BEZSh);
  • Energy saving and energy efficiency (EE);
  • Similar.
• Knowledge and practical application of current normative legal documents in the field of construction, DBN, DSTU, technical regulations.
• Knowledge of the procedure for development, composition and content of project documentation for the construction of facilities.
< li> Confident user of a PC and the Microsoft 365 (Office) suite of programs.
• Professional command of computer-aided design programs Autodesk Autocad, Revit at the level of 3D modeling with the generation of 2D drawings according to standards (domestic or state). BIM will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows you to independently process technical information and project solutions and provide comments and write letters to e-mail.
• Experience of working in a project team and forming tasks to junior specialists.
• Experience of defending developed project solutions during the examination of project documentation and when agreeing with the customer.
• Literacy, attentionability, self-organization and responsibility.
• Readiness to perform new types of work and study new applied tools (programs).

Functional duties

• Pre-project collection of all necessary information.
• Business correspondence, participation in business meetings, formulating requests to all interested parties in construction.
• Formation of a list and scope of work, assessment of the terms of execution at the pre-project stage.
• Cooperation with the Chief Project Engineer (PIC), collection and issuance of tasks to the designers of adjacent sections of the project.
• Checking of the developed project solutions, that were performed by other specialists or contracting organizations.
• Leadership in team work (in the future).
• Coordinating project decisions with the customer and contractor.
• Development, preparation and release of design documentation for P and R stages of TMK, TM, OV, VC, TX brands.
• Performance of thermomechanical, hydraulic, technological calculations.
• Compilation of information on materials, works and technical specifications .
• Examination of project documentation and removal of comments from experts regarding the developed solutions.
• Adaptation of foreign engineering in accordance with state construction norms and standards.
• Participation in author's supervision during the construction of objects.
