We are looking for a business analyst to join the management team of analysis, automation and documentation of business processes of the information technology center.

What will need to be done:

• Collection, analysis, assessment and formalization of business requirements for the functionality of the mobile application for individuals li>Writing technical tasks (TOR) for internal and external developers
• Communication with developers in the Jira, GLPI (internal Service-Desc) systems
• Supporting the process of software development, testing and implementation
• li>
• Control of deadlines for the execution of technical tasks.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of drafting technical tasks
• Understanding of banking operations
• Experience of working with SCROOGE automated banking system (ABS) (preferred)
• Knowledge and understanding of remote service channel technologies
