Main duties:
Technical skills (Hard Skills)
- Operating systems: Installation, configuration and administration of Windows, Linux, macOS.
- Network technologies: Understanding and configuring network protocols (TCP/IP, OSI, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Fortinet, Cisco network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Server technologies and services: Working with servers (Windows, Linux), databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server), Active Directory services, Microsoft 365.
- Virtualization: Administering the VMware vSphere (ESXi) virtualization platform.
- Cyber Security: Ensuring information security, protecting against failures, and implementing security measures.
- Automation: Scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine tasks.
- Maintenance hardware: Diagnostics, repair and maintenance of server equipment and computers.
- Backup and recovery: Ability to back up data and restore it in case of failure. Administration of backup systems Veeam, Nakivo.
