Main duties: Construction of accounting and financial records in the company (wholesale and retail online trading of goods, currency transactions, foreign currency exchange, IT- services) Implementation of financial budgeting and planning Development of a financial model taking into account business scaling and organization of company accounting (LLC and FOP on different taxation systems) Support, maintenance and control of current management accounting, optimization of these processes Control over the flow of funds and settlements with suppliers and customers primary information in the accounting system, control of payments and expenses Calculation and payment of wages (currently 35 employees) Implementation of effective financial procedures and recommendations to optimize the company's activities Preparation of financial statements for management Requirements: Higher accounting/financial/economic education. Experience in setting up financial and accounting from 5 years, mandatory experience with building a financial model and organization of accounts. and tax accounting with "0", (the field of online trade will be an advantage) Experience in tax optimization, working with cryptocurrency, electronic wallets Experience in setting up and maintaining management/financial accounting Confident command of MS Excel, Google docs and financial programs (in particular, 1C BAF).
