Chief Security Officer in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSU) announces a competition for the position of Chief Officer for security

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those who need it most.

OBJECTIVE

Coordination of issues related to security, introduction of security standards among employees and volunteers, monitoring the implementation of security protocols and procedures in the organization's activities.

Main duties:

• coordinate security issues with individual programs in TCHHU and movement partners
• develop internal documents on security issues and security risks
• conduct incident analysis and provide recommendations on risk minimization
• perform the duties of a contact persons regarding the coordination of security issues with the specified regional organizations of the TCHU
• conduct an analysis of the security situation with the help of open national sources of information and prepare relevant reports
• get involved in the training process for employees and volunteers of the TCHU, in order to increasing their awareness of security issues
• provide support to employees and volunteers of TCHU in matters related to security in accordance with current procedures
• conduct risk analysis for the organization's activities, in accordance with the current security situation
• participate in the development of relevant documents and policies
• maintain working relationships with movement partners
