  What you will do:

  • Collaboration with the owners and the management team to develop and implement the strategic vision of the company;< /li>
  • Market analysis and construction of a sales strategy and ensuring the growth of the company due to new customers;
  • Implementation of commercial initiatives aimed at increasing profits;
  • Development of working conditions with partners;
  • Monitoring of key indicators;
  • Building and development of a quality control system of "company-client" communication, compliance with quality standards, employee training;
  • Setting up and monitoring of team interaction with other departments;
  • Team management (hiring, adaptation, training, development and motivation).

  You will succeed if you you have:

  • Experience of working as an operations director or head of the sales department from 2 years;
  • Experience of building and implementing business processes, systematization of operational activities;
  • Ability to monitor and analyze key indicators of business performance and success;
  • Knowledge of modern personnel management methods;
  • Expertise in conducting market analysis and developing sales strategies;< /li>
  • Experience in the development of regulatory documentation that defines the activities of customer service: regulations, provisions, instructions, presentations, analytical notes, reports;
  • Business orientation, diplomacy, self-organization, leadership;
  • Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
