Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in UAPAY

As part of strengthening the Team, we are looking for a Chief Risk Officer (CRO, responsible person).

Who we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field offinancial service providers.

• Legislation in the field of risk management, withcompliancenormative requirements of the NBU and current legislation in the field of financial and payment services.
• three lines protectionin in risk management.
• Knowledgeof risk-oriented methods
• 400; text-decoration: none">Skills, formation style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">risk limits and control over their compliance in accordance withthe risk appetite of the companyrisk management policies and proceduresIdentify, monitor and controle: normal; text-decoration: none"> risks.

• Control compliance with risk limits, develop recommendations and measures to minimize them.

• Cookreports and analytical materials regarding the profile of risks and their impact on the company's activities.

• Advise managers and departments on risk management issues.

• Coordinate interactions between departments withinthree lines of defense.

• Inform Management about violation of risks.

• Maintain reporting in accordance with the requirements of the regulator and work with requests from law enforcement agencies, banks.
