Main tasks:

• Coordinating the work of local resource mobilization teams organizations;
• Formation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports on attracting resources;
• Preparation of grant applications, project concepts, budgets;
• Support of local organizations in implementation andearly concepts of charity events;
• Monitoring the management of the partner base of local organizations;
• Providing support to resource mobilization teams in cooperation with business, local authorities, partners;
• Analysis of acts of acceptance of non-material aid;
• Control of filling out reporting documents from local organizations;
• Writing concepts for the use of various tools fundraising.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field. Additional certifications in fundraising or management of non-profit organizations will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Experience in fundraising / grant activities / project management - one year or more will be an advantage.
• High computer literacy with the ability to work with email, MS Office and relevant business and communication tools.
• Use of various digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems and partner databases.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of database tools will be a plus an advantage.
• Understanding the principles of fundraising.
• Skills in preparing grant applications.
• Experience in public or humanitarian organizations will be an advantage.
• Ukrainian - Fluent.
