Ukrainian research and production enterprise of the full cycle, the products of which are adopted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in search of a strong and experienced Chief R&D Officer.
Key tasks:to lead the R&D direction in order to improve and expand the company's product portfolio.
The Chief R&D Officer must organize and set up the effective work of the departments: design, development, electronics.
Conduct an audit of business needs, resources, approaches, personnel. Set up processes and organize the work of the R&D department (about 50 people). Ensure interaction and effective work of stakeholders. Participate in the hiring and adaptation of highly qualified specialists to strengthen the R&D team. font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and technologies. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of R&D projects. To form a culture of innovation and promote the open exchange of ideas and creativity. Conduct research to identify new innovative solutions for the product portfolio. Requirements: 5 years of experience in managing large teams and R&D projects. Understanding of technical aspects, knowledge of programsSolidWorks, CAD. Experience building, developing or scaling feature and R&D teams. Successfully completed department or team reform projects.
The ability to build effective R&D processes.
Systematic approach and scientific approach.
The level of English is not lower than Intermediate.
