Chief Project Engineer (CPI) in Silchenko A.S., FLP

We invite the chief engineer of the project to join the team engaged in the development of industrial parks. 

Among the team's projects are the Bila Tserkva 1, Bila Tserkva 2, Mykolaiv industrial park with a total area of ​​127 hectares and others. Dozens of kilometers of roads and networks were built, more than 85 thousand square meters. industrial real estate.

The area of responsibility includes technical management of design work, coordination of contractors and subcontractors, supervision of construction, participation in the preparation of technical materials for the industrial park to receive state and local support for the development of the park's infrastructure, ensuring the rational placement of objects on the territory of the park, organization of terrain and landscaping that meets environmental and technical standards.

In this position candidate:

• manages the development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure facilities;  
• participates in the preparation and submission of design tasks to design organizations, acceptance of design and estimate documentation in the organization and registration of the allocation of land plots, fixing
  points of reference geodetic service, main axes of buildings and structures,
  red lines, transfer of construction sites for construction objects.  
• organizes a check of the completeness and quality of design and estimate documentation, which is developed by project organizations and ensures the provision of design and estimate documentation for construction;  
• participates in technical supervision and acceptance of construction and installation works related to engineering and transport infrastructure. Key responsibilities:
  • Technical management: general technical management at all stages of the project, from development to implementation operation.
  • Coordination of project works: coordination of the work of the general designer and other contractors.
  • Development of project documentation: participation in the development of technical tasks and control of the development of individual sections of the project.
  • Supervision: Supervises the construction, installation works and introduction of the engineering and transport infrastructure object into operation.
  • Participation in the preparation of contracts: preparation of the necessary data for the conclusion of contracts related to project activities and the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure.

  Basic professional requirements

  1. Education and certification:

  • Higher education: Bachelor's or master's degree in "Architecture and urban planning", "Construction and civil engineering".
  • Certificate: Availability of a qualification certificate corresponding to the class of consequences of construction objects (СС1, СС2, СС3).

  2. Technical skills and knowledge:

  • Software:  AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS/QGIS, MS Office.
  • Regulatory base: In-depth knowledge of DBN, DSTU, construction norms and rules.
  • Designing: Development of master plans, plots of planning organization of the land plot (SPZD), improvement projects, vertical planning, calculation of the volume of earthworks, cartograms.
  • Documentation: Ability to read and develop working documentation, coordinate it with related specialists (networks, designers).
  • Experience of passing the examination of design documentation.
  • Mandatory knowledge of DBN (state building regulations), safety standards, fire safety and labor protection.
  • Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage. 
  • Experience in the profession for at least 5 years.

  4. Professional certification (preferred):

  • Availability of a valid qualification certificate of a design engineer in the area of development of urban planning documentation (for objects of a certain class of consequences — СС1, СС2 or СС3).
  • Availability of a qualification certificate for the performance of works for objects of the class of consequences СС3.
