Chief Engineer projects

Requirements:

• Higher engineering and construction education
• Experience in design as a civil engineer from 3 years
• Availability of certificate SS3 "engineering and construction design in terms of ensuring mechanical resistance and stability"
• General experience in the construction field no less 10 years
• Knowledge of software: Microsoft Office, MS Project or similar, AutoCAD, Revit (competitive advantage)
• Knowledge of legislation in the construction field and building regulations
• Understanding construction processes, engineering solutions
• Ability to conduct business correspondence
• Knowledge of the English language (competitive advantage)
• Readiness for short business trips (rare)

Important qualities:ability to work in a team, responsibility, punctuality, good communication skills, stress resistance.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the Customer
• Collection and analysis of initial data for the development of design and estimate documentation
• Development coordination, including with subcontracting organizations and independent development of individual project documentation solutions Development of project software, incl. calculation of the class of consequences
• Compilation of schedules for the development of design and estimate documentation and control over their compliance
• Quality management in the part of development of design and estimate documentation
• Conducting the author’s supervision of construction
• Participation in production meetings
