Requirements for the candidate:< /b>

• Higher technical education (industrial and civil construction).
• Experience work as the chief engineer of the project from 5 years.
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical bases.
• Proficiency in Auto Cad, Revit, BIM 360, MS office, GWS programs.
• Skills of setting tasks and control of work execution, organizational skills of the head of operational tasks.
• Skills of interaction with management and the commercial department;
• Experience in agreeing engineering and supporting architectural sections.
• Responsibility, sociability, initiative, attentiveness, discipline, constant learning.

Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of project development at all stages of object design.
• Formation of initial data for the project budget.
• Formation and receipt of initial data of technical specifications the project for tender.
• Formation of the scope of work
• Participation in the creation of the work schedule.
• Handover of the object to the customer (handover and completion of executive documentation).

• Organization of the work of the company's construction department, its correct interaction, which will provide a smooth work process 24/7;
• Adaptation, creation and control of all business processes; formation of a strong, independent team;
