We are currently looking for a talented professional for the position"Chief Product officer"

• Formation and implementation of long-term product development strategy;
• Monitoring of research and implementation of innovative solutions in the product;
• Managing a team of product managers;
• Analysis of market data and feedback for product improvement;
• Interaction with other departments for successful product launches;
• Control and manage the budget for product development.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading product teams: Our candidate must have successful experience in managing product teams and projects, with the ability to formulate strategies and bring them to life;
• Understanding the processes of developing prototyping, launching the production of technological products;
• Knowledge of the market and industry in the field of Military-tech is desirable: a deep understanding of market trends, competitors and industry standards, which allows you to correctly forecast and choose directions for product development;
• High organizational, analytical and communication skills;
• Resilience to stress and decision-making: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, solve problems and make strategic decisions under conditions of uncertainty and change.;
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Knowledge of Excel, Google sheets at the Advanced level;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above.
