We are looking for highly qualified and goal-oriented specialists who want to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in the development, implementation and further support of an IT product to the market from the idea stage;• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, in particular Scrum or Kanban • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with developers;• Analytical thinking, the ability to analyze the market and competitors, find non-standard solutions to tasks;• Ability use analytics/analysis tools, understanding numbers and product indicators;• Understanding of marketing tools;• English — Upper intermediate (B2) level. DUTIES:• Developing a new product launch strategy;• Creating a product strategy together with the team;• Product planning, creation and implementation of the project Roadmap; • Understanding the regulatory needs of business; • Researching the market and competitors; • Conducting negotiations and ensuring effective cooperation with partner companies; • Implementation and use of metrics in the process of work and decision-making; • Setting tasks for different departments; • Building product processes and interaction with development teams; • Building a system reporting and constant support of transparency in all aspects of project development. CONDITIONS:• work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;• office work format;• comfortable office in the center of Kyiv in the A-class business center (BC Gulliver).
