Who we are looking for
We are looking for anexperienced product manager a leader who thinks strategically, knows how to work with uncertainty and is not afraid of responsibility for the result.
This is a person who:
- has4+ years of management experience in a product function (EdTech / FinTech / SaaS);
- worked with multi-product ecosystems and understands how they grow;
- feels the connection between product, marketing and revenue well;
- knows how to build product systems, rather than individual features;
- makes decisions based on data, metrics and analytics, rather than intuition;
- able to build processes, teams and product thinking culture;
- comfortable working at the interface of business, marketing and technology;
- has leadership qualities and authority in the team.
Key knowledge and expertise
- Target audience and UVP: ICP, segmentation, JTBD, problem/solution fit
- Product matrix: Free / Tripwire / Front-End / Back-End / Recurring
- Customer Journey & Retention: CJM for 12+ weeks, lifecycle communications, gamification
- Analytics and unit economics: LTV, CAC, Payback, GRR, NRR
- Product analytics: Amplitude / Mixpanel / GA4, BI dashboards
- Strategy and metrics: North-Star, OKR, RICE, A/B testing
Main responsibilities
Product strategy
- Production vision and strategic direction
- Competitive analysis and formation of a product differentiator
- Adaptation of product solutions to market changes
CJM and retention
- Designing the full customer journey: from the first contact toof repeat sales
- Implementation of in-app triggers, progress, communications
- Retention, NPS, cohort analysis control
Analytics and development
- Building a product tracking system
- Starting growth experiments (upsell, referral, gamification)
Starting and scaling products
Interaction
- Building roadmaps and OKRs
- Integrating expert content into products
Working conditions
- Format: remote / hybrid (Kyiv)
- Schedule: full-time, Mon-Fri
- Salary: negotiated individually, according to experience
