Your tasks:

• Formation of product vision and strategy

• Building and implementing a unified product development methodology

• Building the process of working on the product, managing this process 

• Building and implementing the company's product development and improvement strategy

• Establishing clear product goals, decomposition and implementation control

• Setting and control of plans and KPI indicators

• Development of the planned organizational structure of the department and management of the process of formation of accountable units 

• Management of the entire product line of the company

• Communication with marketing department on product launch

• Interaction with the formation department, as needed

• Development schedule formation

• Providing development proposals

• Monitoring the activities of competitors and finding new ideas to expand the product portfolio 

• Effective management of an accountable team

• Automation and optimization of business processes in the department

• Maintenance of analytics and reporting on accountable work

You are our candidate if you have:

• Product development department management experience

• Experience in the position of SRO, preferably in production company

• Experience in the full cycle - from the idea to the creation of the product

• High level of knowledge or desire to immerse yourself in the knowledge of ammo

• Experience in building a product improvement and development strategy

• Experience setting plans and KPIs for an accountable team

• High level of mastery of CRM systems

• Experience of OEM ordering and customization will be an advantage (possible consideration of development software)

• Preference will be given to a former military man who wants to understand the field and industry
