The COO will be responsible for implementing effective goal-setting frameworks like OKRs, optimizing operations through automation and cutting-edge tools like Zapier/n8n.io, and overseeing HR functionalities including recruiting and progress management. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our operational excellence and pushing the boundaries of e-commerce innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business goals, leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for clear, measurable outcomes.Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies across all departments, enhancing productivity, adaptability, and collaboration.Champion automation initiatives to streamline operations, utilizing tools like Zapier and n8n.io for efficient workflow integrations.Oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.Drive recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our growth and innovation goals.Manage progress through effective leadership and technology, keeping projects on track and within budget.Spearhead BPE (Business Process Engineering) initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service quality.Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring operational excellence across the board.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.Proven experience in a COO role or a similar senior operational leadership position within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Demonstrated expertise in implementing OKRs, Agile methodologies, and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.Strong background in HR functions, including recruiting, talent management, and organizational development.Extensive experience with process improvement techniques and BPE engineering.Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating effective teams.Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset, capable of driving operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
