Inthis position, you will oversee and improve the operational activities ofthe company and its specific processes.ResponsibilitiesRegulatory licensing and compliance—Drive and beincharge offinancial licensing processes inthe EU, Singapore, and other regions—Serve asamain liaison for correspondence with local law firms, auditors, regulators—Stay abreast ofall applicable financial regulations, including banking, securities, anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and data protection laws—Develop and implement compliance strategies and policies toensure the company operates within the bounds ofthe law—Oversee and coordinate regulatory audits and examinationsRisk Management—Identify, assess, and manage operational risks, including cybersecurity and fraud risks—Collaborate with CISO ondeveloping and implementation ofcybersecurity policies and procedures across the organization—Establish risk mitigation strategies and procedures toprotect the company, its information, clients, partners and stakeholders interestsTeam Leadership—Streamline and optimize operational processes toenhance the efficiency ofcross-department operations, tasks, and processes.—Ensure the tasks and processes are relevant for the specific departments and the execution ismost effective. —Oversight ofthe legal andRV team toensure smooth licensing, AML, and onboarding processes inthe company.—Manage and constantly improve legal, risk and verification, financial control, and payment operations functions across the company.—Beincharge ofOKRs planning and evaluation per department—Controlling onboarding quality across the department—Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.—Beincharge ofSingapore and European branch opening, performance, and management.Technology and Infrastructure—Ensure the security and resilience offintech systems, including cybersecurity measures—Incooperation with theIT department, drive innovation intechnology tomaintain acompetitive edgeFinancial Management—Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.
