Tasks that will face you:

  • Managing the company's operational activities, ensuring effective management of the company's business processes

  • Audit, development (optimization) and implementation of business processes 

  • Audit of existing teams, audit of their processes, increase of profit on them 

  • Strategic development of the company: 

       -Participation in the management board 

       - Participation in the development and implementation of corporate culture and ethics 

       - Development and implementation of the company's business goals 

       - Development and implementation of innovative solutions 

  • Crisis management: 

     - Identification of potential risks

       - Development of an action plan (creating a detailed crisis response plan that       includes measures to prevent and minimize losses)

       - Implementation of monitoring systems to detect signs of approaching crises 

       - Analyzing and improving processes (analyzing the effectiveness of crisis management actions and identifying areas for improvement)

What is required of you:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in operational process management. 

  • Experience in management positions for at least 5 years.

  • Ability to quickly diagnose and anticipate potential problems

  • Ability to build and implement business processes. 

  • High level of multitasking and logical thinking. 

  • Knowledge of modern technologies and management techniques.

  • Fluency in English at B2 level.

  • Energy, positivity, great desire to live a full life and move the square
